Well, here goes… what’s been happenin:
Hung out with my mom in Virginia for my brother Mikey’s A School Graduation:

He was stoked:

We listened to alot of Springsteen:

Ate some seafoodz right off da boat:

Chilled with my bro Russ:

Found out he is gettin married:

Jason Moore chilled in flagstaff, as did Rey Luv the other week. It was nice.

That is a crappy pic of Jason! Yikes! Here’s a better one with a very chill crew:

Yus, got mah Canon HF10 on Friday, and I’ve been playing with it all weekend. Sweet. So what’s the first thing I did with it? Took it to the bars and get a bit tipsy. It takes awesome video, plus I can also take pictures with it. The only bummer is the flash/light on the camera gets semi obstructed by the wide angle lens that has made the camera even more awesomes.
Dumping video to FCE takes like forever, so in the meantime, here’s some photos I took with the camera @ 640×480:
- chillin.
- chillin.
- being a dog.
- Dragon Ridaz!

- Jeesh!
It’s always nice to be surprised by music. I see alot of bands, and it’s usually with some sort of perceived expectations. Rarely do I just wander into a place where music is happening without going there for the music explicitly… let alone hear some tunes that totally turn me on. Turn me on, dead man.
Princess Ladyfriend was a relatively new band from phx that I’d never had the pleasure of seeing. They were playing @ Mia’s and I was totally stoked for the rest of their set.
Then, for some reason I forgot that Al Foul was playing at the Monte V. I had seen him a few times way back in ‘95 or so and never seen him since. What a freakin sweet crooner.
Not just on the Wii, of course… I’m in training all week for work down @ the South LRC. It’s Web Application Security & Penetration Testing Training given by InfoSec and seems pretty cool so far.
On another note, I’m headed to the Ride of Silence tonight @ 6pm starting from the FMC.
I also finally got my hands on Super Smash Bros Brawl and Mario Kart Wii… both of which are completely excellent.
Oh, did I mention that kickball was super sweet this past weekend? Yes, it was!
