*barf* what is up with my webhost… gah! I haven’t updated in a while since I’ve been wrasslin with my damn websites and trying to keep them clean. Some script or hacker keeps inserting code into html and php files that takes users to a site that takes advantage of exploits in IE in Windows. I was really fucking pissed becasue it made my mom reinstall her OS. She might have lost her personal files in the process too. WTF.
Other than that, I need to get on top of the head2headmag.com project, make Japanther stickers, and talk to Bridget about the non-profit status application process by the end of the week. Oh yeah… also, keep looking for a full time job, remember to start summer school July 6th and keep going till it ends Aug 4th.
Did I forget to mention how awesome the weekend was? Very much so! Saturday morning, had Martans then jammed with Ladies, Please. If you were curious, Martans DOES in fact cure diseases and improve one’s performance. The food there took a week of shaky practices and converted it into a masterpiece within hours. Ladies, Please sounded incredibly hot in the morning. I was curious as to how it would sound later that night when we played at the MonteV. It went spectacular, although a little fast, which is par for the course I suppose. Getting set up early and playing on time when sober helps with the sound as well. The Young Princes of Darkness rocked it, as per usual, including a badass cover of House of the Rising Sun. Damn them for not saving me a t-shirt, hehe. I ended up getting obliterated on Jack and Cokes for the rest of the evening, and then lying to this girl by telling her I didn’t know or remember her name. Hilarious indeed. There was also an incident where Kari and I would wrassle on and end up breaking a table. I then stayed up all night and watched Rey Liv puke on some lawn as the sun came up.
I slept wrong though, and my sciatic nerve is being a bitch to my lower back/ass. I ended up missing some work I needed to do on Sunday, but I stayed in and fooled around with head2headmag.com code. It’s gonna-be-a basass-I say!
Hee haw! A remote solution for iTunes… Airpot Express, here I come! webRemote
Phil recording another demo + all night power outage / drinking frenzy + hot haircut + Jason & Shawna visiting + new bedsheets that match my website = AWESOME WEEKEND!
